Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), Oklahoma Natural Gas and the cities of Tulsa, Broken Arrow and Owasso water departments will not shut off services for non-payment at this time. City of Tulsa municipal court dockets are suspended for 30 days and evictions are on pause.
